In November

from by Provision

This was the 2nd song that I wrote for my son Bastian. Unfortunately because of it's personal nature I cannot go into details of what this song is about.

It is somewhat self explanatory in a sense. One day I
will be able to explain it to my son. I can only hope he will understand.

A video for In November will appear on our forthcoming
DVD titled Visionary.

In November has never been performed live.

In November

I only feel this pain inside, the pictures are reminders.
Of what we had once been, of things we’ll never share again.
These words mean nothing now.
When tears come falling down.
Consumed by empty promises, you realize the consequence.

In November, when things come to pass,
will nothing last?
I remember, no apology.
In November, one choice to make, a life at stake.
I remember, no apology.

One day we’ll owe an explanation.
I will not be surprised.
To have the questions answered, in my child’s eyes.
A hopeless dream I cannot mend.
A broken heart I can’t defend.
The wounds remain unhealed, until the truth’s revealed.
